X-Stage Lite is an X-Stage with one crucial difference: it’s just 10cm off the ground. This pole is ideal for venues with low ceilings or if you don’t want a large stage between you and your audience or students. It’s also nearly 20kg lighter than the X-Stage, making it much easier to transport.

The X-Stage Lite has a large, circular dance area with no sharp edges so you can spend more time performing your killer pole routine and less time thinking about where your feet are going to land.

With its wide base and extension stabilisers, the X-Stage Lite is much more stable than other stages, so you won’t need to cart heavy sandbags around to secure the pole. It is almost unique amongst stage poles in having both static and spinning modes, just like the X-Pole.

The lighter base does mean that the X-Stage Lite is not as stable as the X-Stage. For additional support, pull out the stage’s extendable legs or attach bar bell weights to the inbuilt weight posts.

X-Stage Lite frames can be purchased separately if you already own an X-Stage so you can have a lighter version for easier transportation. Please contact us for details.

• Circular stage – A 1600mm (5’3″) diameter stage with rounded edges (and no corners!).
• Fully foldable stage – The main frame folds into a small suitcase with wheels (900 x 350 x 200mm).
• Expandable pole – The 1500mm lower main pole section can be extended to suit the height of your room. (Maximum pole height 3m.)
• Static and spinning – As with all X-Poles, twisting two screws locks or unlocks the pole to change mode from static to spinning. Using extra large industrial bearings, the spinning mode is very smooth and free.
• Stable – The X-Stage Lite is extremely stable even with no additional weights. All moves spins and inverts can be done without weight as standard, only extreme moves which use heavy side loads may need additional weight.
• Extension stabilisers – The extension stabilisers expand the frame diameter profile to 2.4m, increasing stability without the need for weight. The X-Stage Lite also has weight posts so you can add bar bells to the frame if needed.
• Adjustable feet – Take account of any floor undulations and reduce movement.
