In yet another sign the rapidly maturing pole scene, a pole dancing magazine is due to be launched soon.
The Art of Pole Dance sets out to cater for pole dancers at all levels, with content aimed at schools, professionals and beginners. Top billing in each issue will be given to feature interviews with stars from the world of pole dancing. The publishers are also planning articles on pole competitions and events, alongside items on choreography and fashion.
The magazine will be published biannually and distributed worldwide. We’ll bring you more details when we have them.

The publisher said they’d send us more info when it comes out, so we’ll definitely keep you posted with any developments we hear about. Doesn’t look like anything’s changed in the past 3 months though…
where can I subscribe to this magazine?
Catherine – I don’t think you can right now I’m afraid – the magazine’s not out yet. The World Pole Dance Federation (the people behind the magazine) now have a ‘coming soon’ website, but not much else seems to have changed and I can’t find anything else about them online.
The publisher said they’d send us details when the magazine’s released, and of course we’ll update things here as soon as we know more. Their contact info is here if you want to get in touch yourself.
Please advise when released. This is a work email address too so please limit “junk” mail where possible.
We are excited that there is so much support for the art & skill of today’s pole dancing! We are an International Publication-the only truly global magazine dedciated to Pole Fitness…hope we can all network and educate together!
